In December 2009, Prestress Construction Indonesia expanded business into Export-Import solutions. We called it PCI Export-Import. We focused to Export Handling, Import Handling, Trading, Door to Door Service, Customs Clearance. We have a lot of experience in this business. For your approval you can ask our customer. In January 2011, Prestress Construction Indonesia expanded business into Property area. This is the new of us. We called it PCI Property. We bring the new idea for property business. Other company sell or rent property that NOT owned by themselves, but PCI Property JUST sell or rent the property that we owned. So don't worry, the price that we give to you already the cheapest one. Because we didn't add ,even just one cent ,for property agent. Because all of our property that we sell or rent, just owned by ourselves. We don't need fee for property agent. We owned it and sell it, Just it, very simple!
